SOFTWARE LICENSE & USAGE TERMS

Terms of Service

Welcome to Schepo. By downloading, installing, accessing, or purchasing a license key for Schepo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Software License & Ownership

Schepo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and operate the Schepo application on your personal hardware or dedicated virtual instances in accordance with your chosen subscription or tier (Free Forever, Starter, Growth Pro, Business, or Agency).

Free Forever Tier: Includes 1 linked social media account with unlimited posting and unlimited linked community/commerce hubs (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Slack, Whop, Shopify).
Paid Plans: Allow expanded social media account capacities (5, 10, 25, 50 accounts), Team Role delegations, Owner Approvals, Proxy isolation, and BYO API Key / MCP automation hubs.

2. Acceptable Use & API Rate Compliance

Schepo is designed for legitimate content planning, community management, and automated publishing. You agree NOT to:

Use Schepo to broadcast illegal, abusive, infringing, or malicious content.
Bypass or attempt to reverse engineer license verification and account enforcement protections.
Violate official rate limits, terms, or developer guidelines set by connected third-party platforms (Meta, Google, X, Discord, Telegram, Slack, Whop, Shopify).

3. Disclaimer of Third-Party Platform Actions

Schepo operates via official APIs and user-provided credentials. We are not liable for account suspensions, API quota reductions, or rate throttling enforced independently by third-party social networks resulting from spamming, repetitive posting, or terms violations by the user.

4. Refund Policy

We provide a Free Forever plan with unlimited posting so you can thoroughly evaluate Schepo before purchasing a paid tier. For paid subscriptions, refund requests submitted within 7 days of initial purchase with a technical defect that our team cannot resolve will receive a full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schepo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Schepo or its creators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.
